The location, hotel buildings, and attention to detail were amazing. The Riad was enormous, offering many relaxation spots. The butler service was attentive, and the roof pool and spa gym were excellent. The staff, including the butler, concierge, receptionists, drivers, and guides. The breakfast and poolside restaurant were wonderful.

Fantastic central location, exquisite high-standard finish, enormous and relaxing riad, attentive butler, enjoyable rooftop pool, well-equipped gym. Exemplary service, welcoming and homely atmosphere, beautiful decor, meticulously maintained gardens, calming ambiance with water fountains. Lovely floral decorations, indulgent treats and chocolates, delicious rooftop breakfasts, high-quality culinary choices. Pride in hospitality culture, amazing stay, impeccable staff presence. Can't wait for another visit.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre was one of the highlights, with their skilled masseuses and tranquil atmosphere. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were pristine and the sun loungers were very comfortable.
The only minor issue was with the restaurant's dinner menu, which could have had more options. the quality of food was impeccable and the breakfast selection was delightful.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The buildings are finished to a very high standard, with amazing workmanship and attention to detail. Our Riad was enormous, with many places to sit and relax. The hotel facilities, including the pool on the roof and the gym in the Spa, were excellent. The staff provided really good service, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. The decor and attention to detail throughout the hotel were beautiful, with lovely gardens and a sense of calm and symmetry. The breakfasts and other culinary choices were delicious and of a high standard. this hotel provided a wonderful experience.
